Computex 2008：去吧，以賽亞

回到正題，威盛今天在Computex發布了代號Isaiah的C8，Annti只能說：「等你好久了！」

[VIA Nano is officially announced]

VIA's million-dollar baby C8 (code name Isaiah) is officially renamed Nano at Computex. According VIA, Nano is meant to extend their product lines instead of replacing the C7. Some basic info on the infrastructure is listed in the picture above. Also, Nano is compatible with the C7 socket, supports x86 and 64-bit OS, and comes with a 1MB L2. The TongFang Imini SI Mini-Note is the only ultra-portable notebook with a Nano heart at Computex. VIA's other partners could not get their demo model ready in time for the exhibit.

VIA Isaiah 更名 Nano，預計 Q3 上市

請各位記得這個重要的日子：VIA 的 Isaiah 終於發表了！代號 Isaiah 的新一代 VIA 超省電晶片將正式命名為 Nano，這顆號稱可以將 Atom 打到趴的 CPU 將有 U（輕省筆電／MID 用）和 L（桌電／筆電）用兩個版本，耗電量在 5W 到 25W 之間。三顆最省電的 CPU 分別是 1GHz 的 U2300、1.3+GHz 的 U2400 和 1.2GHz 的 U2500（我覺得代號有寫反，但參考來源的確是這樣寫的），三顆的最大耗電量分別只有 5W、8W 和 6.8W，而 idle 時更只有少少的 100mW（0.1W）。預計上市時間在 Q3，到時就知道是不是真的能繞著 Atom 和 Puma 轉圈圈了。
