幾年前 Vivo、華為、HTC 等 Android 廠商嘗試過的壓感式電源、音量鍵設計，可能會出現在明年的 iPhone 15 Pro 機種上。著名分析師郭明錤早些時候分享了這一調查後得出的結論，根據其說法，Apple 會以類似 iPhone 7 上壓感 Home 鍵的方式來處理新機的側鍵。也就是說要靠線性馬達的震動來模擬按壓手感，馬達組件的數量也會因此由目前的一顆增加到三顆。

My latest survey indicates that the volume button and power button of two high-end iPhone 15/2H23 new iPhone models may adopt a solid-state button design (similar to the home button design of iPhone 7/8/SE2 & 3) to replace the physical/mechanical button design.
實際上，過去坊間也出現過 Apple Watch 要改用類似設計以提升防水效能的流言，但到目前為止這並沒有成真。除了按鍵上的改動外，郭明錤表示已經得到證實的 USB-C 連接埠（至少在歐盟能買到）會是下代 Pro 款 iPhone 的另一大賣點。
