據顯示器分析師 Ross Young 的說法，蘋果將會在 2023 年款的 iPhone 上，全線搭載「動態島」的設計。然而，由於供應鏈無法跟上的緣故，明年 ProMotion 120Hz 顯示技術將大概率保持 Pro 款式限定，普通款要再多等一年到 2024 年才比較有機會看到了。
讓動態島成為所有 iPhone 的標配對蘋果來說比較合理的做法。如此一來可以 app 開發者更好地利用這個功能，並且在設計 UI 時能為繞過動態島預先做準備，同時今年稍晚 Live Activities API 隨著 iOS 16.1 來到後，也能進一步強化動態島的可能性與實用性。不過，要等開發者為其進行特別設計難免須要一些時間，因此雖然動態島是率先在 iPhone 14 Pro 上登場，但大概也是要等到 iPhone 15 世代才會更加普及開來囉。
