Computex 2008：華碩的概念性人機介面－Virtual to Real

這個產品是在華碩攤位上看到的，仍然概念性居多。

它的名稱叫做「Virtual to Real」，是一種人機介面，簡單說就是要加強使用者與機器間的互動，而不要經過太多的學習。雖然現場是透過觸控方式來操作產品，但是並不代表非得用操控，只要能增強互動性與操作門檻，不排除用語音來下指令。

由於Annti的天份有限，無法完全理解華碩PM想傳達給個人的話，只有理解上述的部份，希望華碩未來的產品都真能像Virtual to Real一樣，人機互動性強且學習門檻低。

This conceptual product is from ASUS, called 'Virtual to Real'. Although we did not fully comprehend the full idea that ASUS's PM trying to convey to us; however, here is what we have understood: it's a human-machine interface designed to enhance the interactions between user and machine without the steep learning curve. Although the demonstration unit we saw is operated by touch-screen, we have been told, the concept is not limited to physical operation. Voice operation, or any other means that can enhance interactions and reduces barriers, will be considered.

Computex 2008：暗藏玄機的 Eee TV！？

在國際會議中心的華碩攤位裡，有一台 Eee TV 在現場展示，播放著高畫質（Blu-ray）的影片「Cars」。驚訝於 Eee TV 強悍，我們馬上去找旁邊的華碩人員詢問 Eee TV 的規格。誰知道華碩的 PM 不在，旁邊疑似工讀生的人物又一問三不知（還忙著玩 Eee Stick = =），所以我們只好自已繞到電視後面看看。猜猜看我們看到了什麼？

Sitting rather obviously at the ASUS booth, but somehow seemed to slip under everyone's radar, is a rather plain looking LCD TV playing the Blu-ray version of Pixar's Cars. The words Eee TV across the top of it immediately caught our attention, but no one at the booth can give us a satisfactory answer of what it's specs are. And so we decided to take a peek ourselves, and found... A PS3.

It seems that the video running on the LCD TV was in fact fed from the PS3, but a few curious ports on the side of the LCD TV（Including USB ports and a LAN port）indicates that this might actually be the Eee TV. We'll try to find out more if we can.

Computex 2008：SONIC推出線上合法影音下載平台Qflix

恭喜恭喜，又有廠商跳下火坑了XD，若真的成功的話，影片的購買型態將會有一定程度的轉變。聽他們說，預計將於第三季於美國上線，第四季於台灣上線。個人就台灣的部分並不是那麼看好，但也希望他們能夠順利推展。

SONIC他們所推出的平台，被稱為Qflix，可以讓消費者從網路下載或是從商店、企業購買影片，具體方式如下：

一、從網路下載：這點應該沒有什麼疑義。比如說在某個特定網站或是博客來（這是舉例！）將影片下載。

二、從商店來購買：這部分有兩種可能性：
1、線上訂購（所謂的線上，包括網路或電話），然後到店取貨。
2、直接到該商店，使用機器來燒錄。過一段時間後，可拿成品。（這感覺與ibon有像到）

其實，上面談到的，只是通路。除了通路，能夠決定成敗的，個人認為還有兩個變因：一是價格；二是能否拷貝。

<Computex 2008: SONIC Announces Qflix Online Video Download Platform>
SONIC announces their Qflix online video download platform, which is expected to be online in Q3 this for U.S. market and Q4 for Taiwan.

The platform offers three service methods for customer to obtain video of their choice:
1. Download online.
2. Order online, and pick up the video disc from video store.
3. Go to video store and have the disc burned on demand, with disc artwork, jacket cover and disc jewel case. The on-demand service would takes around 15 minutes to create the disc set.

The expected price for the service will be slightly higher than rental, and the video obtained via Qflix can be burned into disc(s) using special burner and discs.

Computex 2008：Lobos i Lagio

i Lagio 是一個「隨插即用」的網路收音機。因為軟體和設定都在 USB 隨身碟裡，而且網路收音機只要有網路就能收聽，不受地點的影響，實際上只要帶著一隻這玩意兒，不論在什麼地方，插在什麼電腦上，都能聽到一樣的電台。i Lagio 也可以錄音到隨身碟上，只是不清楚錄音的格式就是了。

i Lagio is a plug-n-play internet radio. The software and the settings are pre-loaded in the USB key, so you can tune in to your favorite radio station anywhere you go (assuming you have internet, that is). Oh, you can also record radio programs onto the USB drive, but we're not sure what formats are supported.

Computex 2008：飛利浦建興也賣數位相框？

也許數位相框該流行起來了？連做燒錄機的都開始賣數位相框了。之前提到飛利浦建興（PLDS）發表多款燒錄機。但在現場，也展示不少數位相框。看來，現在許多廠商，不論大小廠，都開始賣這樣的東西。不知道台灣的數位相框市場何時才會被炒起來。更厲害的是，還有代理HP的數位相機。圖中左邊橘色的是他們家做的，右邊與傳統相框比較接近的，是HP的產品。

PLDS is known for their quality disc burners. Now, they have officially set foot in the digital photo frame market. In addition to their own photo frames, PLDS is also the dealer for HP products. In the above picture, the orange frame on the far left is from Philips, and the two on the right are from HP.

Computex 2008：連燈的亮度都可以控制的PHILIPS遙控器

其實一直到昨天之前，我並不知到飛利浦對於遙控器，是有極大影響的。在這之前，個人的概念是家電很強，也有出些數位產品，這樣的印象。不過，在遙控技術上來說，經廠商一講，才知道飛利浦有摻一ㄎㄚ，而且是很大的一ㄎㄚ。像談到媒體電腦所使用的遙控器，雖然有許多不同的遙控器品牌，但在標準的建立上，有不少是飛利浦的技術。

嗯，老實說，廠商講是這樣講，我也不知道是真是假，最重要的是，其實當我買套裝產品時，通常不太會管裡面是啥東東，除非影響很大，比如說，要買MP3時，採用不同的晶片會有不同的音質水準時，就會注意晶片的問題。但我買遙控器或是買具備遙控器的數位產品，哪管遙控器裡面是什麼東西呢

所以個人想了一下，換個角度問了一個問題：「你們有沒有遙控器，是跟顯示無關的？」
