iMac 當然是這次更新的最大重點，低階版到頂級版，一次出清讓大家傷腦筋。

螢幕大小就 21.5 吋跟 27 吋兩種（各兩個 SKU，所以現在有四個基本款可以選），而且都是 IPS 面版（可視角達 178 度），LED 背光，前者解析度 1,920 x 1080，後者為 2,560 x 1,440；I/O 部分跟先前大同小異，但多了 SD 卡槽，而 27 吋的版本還多了 ~~SD 卡槽跟~~ 影像『輸入』的接埠（接頭另售...），隨機皆附無線鍵盤跟『咩居可』。

售價方面，最基本款的 iMac 仍為 1,199 美元，螢幕 21.5 吋，採用時脈 3.06GHz 的 Core 2 Duo處理器，內建 NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 整合式顯卡、4GB RAM（可擴充到 16GB）、硬碟容量 500GB（7200 轉 SATA）；而略高階的 21.5 吋版本，採用同樣的 CPU、一樣 4GB 的記憶體，不過有 ATI Radeon HD 4670 顯卡一張，同時硬碟 1TB（7200 轉 SATA），售價為 1,499 美元。

至於 27 吋的部分，初階版內建 3.06GHz Core 2 Duo 處理器（可換成時脈 3.33GHz C2D 處理器），記憶體一樣 4GB（可擴充到 16GB），硬碟 1TB（7200 轉 SATA），售價 1,699 美元；而高階版本則是採用四核的 Core i5 處理器（可升成時脈 2.8GHz 的四核 Core i7 處理器），記憶體 4GB、硬碟 1TB（一樣是 7200 轉 SATA），顯卡為 ATI Radeon HD 4850，售價 1,999 美元。
