JA Solar 與 Innovalight 合作量產「矽墨水」太陽能電池

我們看過許多種用「印」的太陽能電池技術，但真正被商業量產的卻不多見。不過這個狀況已經有所改變，因為 JA Solar 已經決定要與 Innovalight 合作，將後者研發的矽墨水太陽能轉換技術實際量產，正式推向消費市場。

由 Innovalight 所研發的矽墨水技術，已通過美國能源部及德國 ISE 測試，光電轉換效率可達 18%。而根據 JA Solar 的說法，該公司將會採用這項新技術，利用現有的太陽能電池生產線製造價格更便宜、轉換效能更高的太陽能電池。換句話說，只要這項合作案一切順利的話，最快明年我們能夠在市面上用更便宜的價錢買到採用新技術的太陽能電池囉！
