Intel Atom N470將在2010初登場

相信大家都知道Pine Trail平台不會如期登場，Intel的新Atom N450（代號Pineview ）預計在2010初現身，而另一顆更高階的Atom N450的規格也出來了。相較於N450的1.66GHz時脈，N470與前者最大的差異在時脈可到1.83 GHz，FSB一樣都是667MHz，也支援HT（HyperThread）技術，TDP較低，降低到6.5W。

另帶一提的是，Pine Trail平台與之前最大的不同在於CPU、記憶體控制器與GPU（如果Intel GMA算GPU的話）接整合在一起，從CPU、北橋與南橋的架構，精簡成CPU（含北橋）與南橋，最大的好處就是可以有效降低耗電量（N270 + 945GSE要16W，而N470為6.5W），以及些許的效能提昇，不過Annti更加期待Pineview + NVIDIA Ion的合體出現。

後者應該原本是要寫 N470 對吧?

當 Intel 把 CPU 跟北橋做成同一個晶片開始, 已經沒有 Intel CPU 相容晶片組存在的空間了.
ION 不會有下一代了, 即便 Nvidia 不惜損失也要推出的, 也沒有更強力的 CPU 可以搭配...

如果INTEL這個平臺可以夠便宜的話, NVIDIA 的 Tegra 大概就不用玩了
可惜 AMD 的 Fusion 還出不來......
