理論上不會有運動傷害，反而是比較建議的運動方式

手上還是要拿控制器
不然像射箭、扣板機等小動作
Natal可能偵測不到
而且Natal不能偵測手腕的動作
所以大部分動作射擊遊戲都不能完
就只能玩體育遊戲
