是阿 重點不光是打不出去顯示「通話失敗」 ，那也就算了而是電話會一陣沒聲音然後「您的電話轉接語音信箱」，我作實驗打朋友手機，明明他得手機是開的還給我轉到語音信箱，這樣很麻煩說，因為你根本不確定人家是真的關機了還是因為媽的爛電信系統的原因打去給客服他還一副理所當然的態度，感覺好像網內免費的東西你就湊合著用的感覺
那可真不能接受啊... 免費不代表就可以這樣爛著上吧？
