我也認同你的說法但是"不爽不要出包"這句話太難了是人都難啦!!不過如果事情事發生在我身上我也會認同DELL的做法畢竟不能讓公司損失太多!!話說我們消費者被當傻子也不是一天兩天的事了如果消費者要一直傻下去那也沒辦法...古言有說，"無奸不成商"小弟我中立的!!~~將心比心~~
