木柵線與內湖線月台前後都有預留一節車箱的空間沒錯也就是在土建上最多可供六節車廂停靠...不過目前預留空間沒有月台門六節運轉也涉及系統修改,暫時不會這麼做而是先修改木柵線的舊車,讓它們可以駛入內湖線範圍加密班次為優先
再不加兩節車廂,內湖木柵線會變成痴漢天堂。
可能以後會出現象現在木柵線那樣的"外掛"吧!
