網路世界由一個個伺服器以主從式的方式構成，我把檔案傳上某中央伺服器，然後你去那邊下載。這某種程度上會讓所謂「中央伺服器」的所有者擁有過多的權利，好比你的照片傳到無名之後Yahoo!奇摩就擁有轉貼的權利 (因為你在使用者條款裡早已同意他這麼做，不同意也不行、服務就不讓你用)。

國內學者吳昇先前提出的概念，主要就是想讓「中央集權」的問題在某種程度上獲得解放。

他認為這個問題主要是因為網路資訊傳遞上的「主」，也就是伺服器，架設跟使用上太為困難，一般使用者無法跨過門檻、自然只好受大公司的主機「管制」。那解決方案就是把架伺服器跟分享檔案等機制都包裝成使用者十分容易使用的介面，並且為使用者完成那些 dirty work，這樣使用者就不用把資料傳到「中央」伺服器去，因為自己的電腦就是那個「中央」，也就不必受到不見得合理的管制。

或許也可以解釋成更大幅度互動、介面也比較友善的 e-donkey 啦 XD
不過 Web 2.0 的精神 BBS 也很多早已具備，所謂「創新」永遠是建立在前人過往的努力上啊。

NuWeb 你可以說他介面差啊、用起來不好玩啊啥的，不過這的確是一個已經做出來的軟體。
這邊也不是要戰 Opera 炒冷飯或抄襲啥的，我想他們也不可能。不過你要講做出來的話、的確出來了啊。]]>Jun 17th 2009 12:59PM
