Computex 2009：內建3.5G與GPS的Mio N890輕省筆電

Mio的產品現在是GPS（PND）為主力，但是在這次Computex，現場展示了一部輕省筆電（Netbook），型號為N890，為Mio第一款輕省筆電，Annti先將特色整理如下：

1.Intel Atom N270+Intel 945SE平台
2.內建GPS與3.5G
3.8.9吋，重量880克，機身厚度為2.5公分
4.鍵盤為全尺寸89％，且「,./」3兄弟沒有縮水
5.硬碟為SSD
6.導航軟體為Mio Map
7.有重力感應，可偵測機身位置來旋轉螢幕
8.電源接頭為磁吸式（與MAC一樣）
9.上蓋為皮革漆包覆，底部幾乎沒貼紙（美底設計）
10.Mitac代工

這部給Annti的第一印象很不錯，可惜螢幕沒有觸控也不能轉頭，N890預計在今年第3季上市，因為有3.5G模組的關係，銷售模式會與電信商合作，會先在歐洲鋪貨，至於價格方面，現場人員是說與現在主流8.9吋接近。

Mio is known for their GPS (PND) products. However, they showcased a new Netbook this year at Computex. It's called N890 and this is their first attempt at the Netbook market. Here are the specs:

1.Intel Atom N270+Intel 945SE platform
2. Built-in GPS and 3.5G
3.8.9" scree, weighs 880g, 2.5 cm thick
4.89％ full-sized keyboard and you still have your ",./ " 3 very important keys
5.hard drive isSSD
6.Has Mio Map pre-loaded
7.Gravity sensor. It will automatically rotate the display.
8.Mag-safe type of power port
9.The case is painted in a leather-like texture
10.OEM by Mitac

This Netbook gives us a pretty good first impression. We are a bit disappointed because it doesn't have a touch screen nor does it have a swivel monitor. We can expect to see it in 3rd quater this year. Since it has built-in 3G, the atual sale will be bundled with a carrier. It will probably appear in Europe first, and the pricing is said to be "competitive."
