像這裡提到的幾個例子 似乎都是上游吃死下游的例子(可以這樣算上下游嗎?)有沒有反過來下游吃死上游的例子?例如零售或是組裝廠商有某些策略或手段吃死上游?還是說所有業界的"潛規則"就是貨量大的吃死騎上下游?有反制或是起碼平衡的手段或方式嗎?
有的。當零售業掌握夠大的消費群而能不動如山,狀況此時就會反過來了。台灣的通路多屬此種......
超級市場算不算?大型超市要求批發商以特價供貨, 否則將貸放在不顯眼位置或不作宣傳...
真的要算的話,應該是 7-11的吃相更難看也比較符合所謂下游反剋上游簡單說,看誰手上有的錢多啦!商業上沒有比錢更好用的武器了

也比較符合所謂下游反剋上游
簡單說,看誰手上有的錢多啦!
商業上沒有比錢更好用的武器了
