thinkpad也是有出一些同時有觸控盤和TrackPoint的筆電吧（T30等）?不過就像vaio p一樣，如果鍵盤下面有一些空間的話，打字時手掌下緣可以有地方墊著，打起來會比較舒服，放在桌上時也許感覺沒什麼差別，如果是在電車上等等沒有桌子可以擺的地方時，差別就滿大的了。另外，就內部layout來看，把上下的配置對調一下，也並不是不可能才對。不知nec的工程師留上面一大片是什麼樣的企圖。
