我覺得同一件事情可以有個不同的解釋, 微軟給的硬體限制的另一個解釋是: 請不要把低階的作業系統放在較高階的硬體上面. 所以如果買了比較好的小筆電 上面自然就不會放Starter版 (我想大家也不想買到搭配Starter版吧)
会买到没有系统的版本～
有沒有系統不緊要只要系統不是破窗就行了買一個Starter/Home Basic還是=半殘
