判定合理使用的四個角度：1. 使用的目的與性質 (有沒有改寫/加進新東西, 增加作品的價值? )2. 作品本身的性質 (是大家都知道的定理還是原創小說? 是小說的話, 作者決定公開了嗎? )3. 使用的比例 (引過場背景, 還是副歌整段, 還是整首歌?)4. 對於潛在市場的影響 (會讓一堆人看了跑去買原作, 還是會讓一堆人看了不想去買 XD)嗯 ... 所以弄一段大爛片最爛的片段上 YouTube 不是合理使用, 因為第四點 (爆)
