這有點像在問：古騰堡算不算科技？或問：華康算不算是一家科技公司？我會說應該都算，當然也有人會說都不算。

宋朝明朝都已經距今千年百年，為什麼我們現在打字排版還是常用「彷"宋"體」、「新細"明"體」，因為這兩種字型在視覺上取得了均衡，這也是小薑此文提到「造字」佈局的重要性(英文稱為calligraph，有人直翻為"書法"，但我覺得怪怪的)。

這種「造字」的佈局原理重不重要？
有人說重要，另有人說不重要。

但不彷參考一下賈伯斯(Jobs)在2005在史坦佛大學畢業典禮的演講，第一段就是講"connecting the dots(把點點串起來)"，就是在談他自己當初在Reed College學了calligraph課，而後如何用在電腦排版及列印，而後又如何影響幾乎所有的個人電腦視覺介面，及如何影響他爾後的人生觀。
