『3.丟掉 Seagate 硬碟，使用新購之他牌硬碟。』 問題是這個「他牌」要買那一牌呢？ Hitachi(IBM) - 陶瓷基板硬碟瑕疵事件（後續：裝死繼續賣） Western Digital - AAKS 系列 DC loss（後續：當作沒看見） ExcelStor？別開玩笑了！俺是來買硬碟，不是來玩抽籤遊戲的。-- 誠心建議將工廠移往中國大陸、泰國、越南、緬甸、印度的廠商，在 SOP 建立完畢以後不要急著將非在地技術人員抽回或解僱，設備 Setup 搞定並不代表產品也搞定，至少在製程與品管這兩塊要保留人員進行監督，以免當地員工的民族性與生活習慣對產品造成不良影響。
