請教您如何証實"Vista開機較XP快"的主張?

1.不要拿"從睡眠狀態恢復"或"從休眠狀態回復"的時間和"XP冷開機"的時間來比，這是完全不同的

假設兩學生A、B學力相當，考試時准許A開書考，B不行，結果A的成績遠高於B，所以結論是A比較厲害?
