老K君，你的測試背景跟我認知有所落差1.目前縣市級政府直屬機關據我所知主機大概是在P4northwood世代，這是我跑了很多個縣市政府安排資訊系統建置案的心得，某些稅收較高的縣市甚至配備C2D等級notebook給公務人員標準配備VISTA。硬體並不像你想像的這麼低，不然隨便一個.asp/php的前台就會讓府會癱瘓了。最近很多PC保管年限到了，或許明年很多機關就換最新機種2.這一代netbook的運算能力大約P4初代的1.8GHz上下，Win7.0正式上市時市售平台運算速度預估至少會增加60％-100％3.微軟beta期的速度如果是x，向來正式版會好上不少4.在beta階段使用上一代的UI是微軟慣例，當初VISTA也用了好一陣子XP的介面，不能拿這個來斷言Win7.0到時就是那個樣子你拿現在的情況，去套在一個可能12個月甚是18個月後才會正式上線的OS是不對等的
