在此第一個插頭香~Xp勉強可以接受(以我個人建議，數位教學採用低成本、低配置、多元化軟體以及高流通性的Linux作業系統是最佳的解決方案)，但大眾習慣使用Xp，也只能部分接受。但文書軟體用Office 2003可免了把。與其採用Office 2003，不如鼓勵學生改用OOo.等功能相近，低成本取得與完全正版的跨平台文書軟體，還比較實在。不只鼓勵民眾與學生支持正版軟體，也能全面推廣ODF開放格式檔案，一舉兩得。
