樓樓上你誤會了～去youtube搜尋「全民最大黨」 ，看其中一個「阿洪之聲」的單元你就會了解這個點了這是反諷台灣地下電台每每遇到任何事都說要馬英九下台負責。演變到後來變成類似一種流行語在網路上蠻常看到的，舉個例子「中華隊這次輸的有夠爛，難道馬囧不用負責嗎？」大概這種用法的很多，實際上並沒有很特殊的詆毀意義在裡面不過說真的，albertpkmn先生用得很糟糕就是了。
