Micron發佈極速RealSSD系列硬碟C200

Intel 在固態硬碟領域的同夥 Micron，剛剛宣佈了對 RealSSD 系列固態硬碟的全線升級計劃。

MLC（multi-level cell ） NAND處理技術雖然價格實惠，但速度不夠快，根據這點新一代的2.5吋（最大容量256G）和1.8吋（容量32G-128G）超行動固態硬碟提供了高達3 Gbps的SATA介面，以及不可思議的250MBps的讀取速度和100MBps的寫入速度--是的，這真是快得嚇死人！

要知道三星最新款的固態硬碟也只能達到90MBps 讀取和70MBps寫入速度。Micron的這個系列不但改寫了固態硬碟最快讀取速度，還對三星SSD系列報了一箭之仇。詳細價格還沒有公佈，但是官方表明「會根據性能表現來平衡價格」。我們期待此產品今年第四季度以Lexar，甚至是Crucial、Seagate或者Intel旗下產品身份上市。
