這個風扇與 "免持雨傘" 有異曲同工之妙，都是可以用來吸引目光與殺死羞恥心。概念很簡單，就是在帽緣前沿裝上風扇，而且還是透過太陽能供電，一個要價美金10元，折合台幣約300。

（Annti：這個東西在戶外看球時應該不錯用的說...）
