癌症細胞中的弦外之音？

根據 MIT Tech Review 報導，一位在 MIT 及哈佛醫學院研究的 Gil Alterovitz 博士，最近利用數學方法（某某圈圈叉叉轉換式吧？），將 DNA 資訊轉換成音符，同時這樣的資料，據說可以被用來區別癌細胞與正常細胞的差異；他拿了大腸癌相關的 3000 多種蛋白質，依據各個蛋白質以及對應基因的不同，分成四大組，並將四組基因分別給予一個音符作為代號，隨後就能奏出一首相當和諧的曲目。

而在跟正常細胞比較之後，確實有發現大腸癌細胞的音樂，出現了明顯不太和諧的現象。不過用轉換得來的音樂是否和不和諧來判斷基因問題，真的有客觀到嗎？
