Garmin在美發表兩款防水GPS導航nüvi 500系列

Garmin發表了新的nüvi 500系列，最大的特點就是防水，所以適合機車、單車族甚至是戶外活動族群使用。除了內建的圖資外，nüvi 500也有地形圖，而較高階的550更有街道圖，當然，因為是在美國發表，故所有圖資針對美國而言，而550的街道圖甚至包含到加拿大。

nüvi 500系列的觸控螢幕大小為3.5吋，在08年第3季就會上市，建議售價為美金499.99，折合台幣1萬5左右。
