如果是大廠來做,我想應該會知會一下Rubik教授吧~以這個例子來講提出一個Idea並不算"瓢竊"但實際執行,且未有經Rubik教授同意,"才有可能"會鬧得風風雨雨~~不要這廚武斷的毫就說人家"瓢竊"說不定製作的廠商有跟Rubik達成協議啊~PS:上面,為什麼要用~"才有可能"~因為Rubik教授的三階魔方只申請了匈牙利的專利而未申請世界專利~~~不然20幾年來,他找就賺翻了~真是替他可惜....
