老任狀告Nyko：不准「仿冒」我的Nunchuck！

Nyko的無線nunchuck遇到麻煩了，但麻煩的來源不是被擊中的玩家，而是他們的衣食父母：任天堂！根據Bloomberg的報導，老任認為Nyko的產品不止侵犯了Nunchuck的商標，包括外觀、設計、觸感、甚至顏色都「仿」自老任自家的Nunchuck...呃，這不是廢話嗎？他賣的根本就是Nunchuck啊！由於事發突然，Nyko也只能表示「我們不知道這個產品違反了專利權」，並持續研究這個問題...

說真的，老任提告前我也完全沒有想到這就叫仿冒，這個好產品是否就要被老任沒收~~自己出~~呢？咱們拭目以待！
