Verizon無線收購Alltel，成為全美最大無線系統商

美國第二大行動系統商Verizon無線今天宣佈，將以59億美元收購第五大系統商Alltel，同時承擔後者的222億美元債務，交易總價為281億美元。這一交易完成之後，Verizon無線將成為美國第一大行動系統商，向AT&T發起更強勁的挑戰。此次交易金額分為兩部分，一是 Verizon將向TPG和高盛支付59億美元的收購款，同時承擔後者的222億美元債務。
