Computex 2008：Intel 用來推動 WiMax 的推手是Segway!!

Intel 想要努力推動 WiMax 的超強兵器竟然是這台科技化的賽格威～賽格威上面放的是 ThinkPad X61t 平板電腦，上面插著感覺很容易折斷的 WiMax Dongle，直接透過 WiMax 讀取網路資訊超方便（也可以在回家的路上，先開啟電鍋和冷氣）。左邊放置 GPS 接受器，讓你在世貿一館騎往南港展廠之間一定不會迷路！

什麼，這台賽格威不准騎，只能放在 WiMax Expo 展廠供大家觀賞而已，太可惜啦！如果 Intel 在這次 Computex2008 舉辦用賽格威體驗 WiMax，再用賽格威玩大地遊戲，贏家攤位上搭載 WiMax 晶片的 ThinkPad X300、Eee PC 全部拿回家，一定比那乏善可陳的 WiMax 體驗 BUS 宣傳效果高到一百倍！

To our surprise, Intel's secret weapon for showcasing the WiMax is this heavily modded Segway!! Shown in the picture here is a Segway loaded with a ThinkPad X61t tablet computer, which has a WiMax plugged in. This allows you to check emails and remote-operate your appliances on your way home. It also comes with a GPS receiver so you'll never get lost!

Too bad they won't let us take this pimped-out Segway out for a spin. If they could organize some kind of Segway football, and the winner takes home the WiMax enabled ThinkPad X300 and Eee PC, and....and.....cough...ok, we'd better stop dreaming. Anyways, don't you think it's a much better idea than the lame WiMax experience bus?
