在 iPhone 自稱有幾百樣專利下，
實際上鮮為人知根本只有 Multi-Touch 一樣吧，
其餘的幾乎都是是雞肋

而且，每次龐大的專利費用都轉移在消費者身上，

本來就沒有要實作出來才能申請，
很多專利都只是概念性的設計。
況且，
美國擁有專利最多的公司Apple恐怕排不上名吧！
這些公司擁有的專利中實用的又有多少？
有些專利當初申請的時候可能沒有用，
十年後也許會有用，
而且科技公司投入資金研發申請專利，
研發費用轉嫁到售價上，
天經地義吧！
