傳億萬富翁伊坎將對雅虎發動代理權爭奪戰

看來雅虎和微軟的故事中間半路又殺出個程咬金，美國億萬富翁、激進投資者卡爾·伊坎(Carl Icahn)已經收購了部分雅虎股份。並有意發動代理權爭奪戰，更換至少部分雅虎董事，為的是給雅虎增壓力，讓雅虎重啟同微軟的併購談判。雅虎投資者在週四前可以向董事會提出董事會成員候選人，雅虎董事會10名組成人員今年都將在年度股東大會上進行重選。雅虎將於今年7月份舉行股東大會。不過雅虎管理層並不太擔心代理權爭奪戰，因為他們相信反對方無法獲得足夠多的股份支援。雅虎聯合創始人楊致遠和David Filo共持有公司近10%的股份。
