我的看法是限制將不會成功,自由與開放才是王道.並且26以及32美元是否太低,應該是隨機安裝作業系統價格,而不是整體價格.就算真用這樣的價格是否不包含後面的服務收費與維修費用?功能是否與一般Xp相同?以及就算用該款作業系統,是否也意謂者能夠無條件將程式碼公開給政府以及使用者,還是要再次付費?這種價格反而像是早期Windows 98與IE瀏覽器綑綁銷售的做法.這種做法不但充滿了限制性,也造成更多的不公不義.尤其是大量使用封閉格式軟體與文件,對整個社會,數位與教育發展會造成嚴重反效果.
