E-Ink 發表更輕更薄的 SDC 顯示技術

在電子書顯示市場打滾多年的 E-Ink，上星期發表一款以分段顯示單元( Segmented Display Cell，SDC )技術為基礎的新型顯示器。這項新技術不僅讓新產品的厚度減少 40%，畫面更加流暢。同時也讓新的顯示器能夠依照廠商的需要製作成各種不同的造型。

目前這項新產品已經獲得 Delphi 的採用，並設計出上圖的汽車搖控器。相信在不久的將來我們就可以看到它出沒在各位的口袋中了！

E-Ink 的發表潛力很大，
幾乎有可能取締日後所有黑白 LED 顯示

可惜目前只在萌芽階段……
