印度 CD-R 廠商 MBI 缺料，得利錸德和中環

也是經濟日報的有趣消息，因為西藏問題導致中印關係緊張，使得中國限制光碟片材料氟化醇（TFP）等輸印，讓印度CD-R大廠 MBI 沒有原料可用，庫存只剩一星期，使得客戶重疊性高的的錸德受惠最大，另光碟大廠中環得相同利多。
不過換個角度來看，說不定最近的光碟片會因此漲價。

空白片從來不敢買大陸貨, 品質太差了
買的都要挑台灣貨或者新加坡的

那中國生產出的TFP要倒給誰呢？
中國自己用嗎？還是把工廠關了?
