其實Yahoo在那邊不斷自抬身價一來是安撫股東，二來是根本就不想賣給微軟。Yahoo員工大多都隸屬反微軟陣線聯盟，許多赫赫有名的自由派大將不是在Google就是在Yahoo，以情感來說，包括Jerry等員工都不願意被微軟併購，就算真的被惡意併購，也會爆發大量的員工出走潮。微軟想透過併購獲得開發雲端運算的足夠人才還是有困難。如果不是反托拉斯法，與其被微軟併購，我想Yahoo還比較願意嫁給Google。
