利用網路郵件減少傳統紙類郵件是最環保的方法,這是最正確的方法.而我認為要達到真環保(減少用電量消耗)以及普及數位化的方法就是多鼓勵使用Linux以及開放格式檔案,理由在於使用Linux搭配精簡桌面比起強調華麗效果的Vista更為省電,效率也更高.就算用KDE桌面情況也比後者好.而Linux最大優點在於作業系統利用網路下載或者小容量包裝方式取得,也比起Vista包裝方式更精省,環保.而開放格式軟體本身取得容易,並且不用花更多錢取得,這只是我的意見與想法,最重要的是既然能用e-mail取代傳統信件,應該要建立一套嚴密數位認證機制,以防個人隱私資訊外流才是最好方法.
