主要的問題是在於要做到write balance。由於flash的特性，是寫入次數有限。如果只對某一個區域進行寫入，那個區域很快就掛。如何做到write balance，可以有硬體以及軟體互相搭配。硬體要靠一些控制器。軟體是檔案系統要支援。目前常見支援write balance的檔案系統是JFFS2、YAFFS等等。至於目前常見的Fat32或者NTFS，應該是沒有支援write balance。至於台灣做不做的出來，我想群聯有一票人在搞。至於wrtie balance演算法應該是很值錢的專利。
補充一下除contrller外，ssd用的chip 是SLC，cf/SD用的是MLC，在速度和刷寫次數上都有很大差異。
創見做的SSD的確是假的我之前買一片32G的拿回去用,速度真是龜到快哭出來,立刻就拿回去退
