李健熙以詐欺起訴，但裁定暫不收押...

南韓三星集團（Samsung）董事長李健熙還沒想清楚他在公司的路將怎樣走下去之際，法院似乎先一步決定了他的命運。

根據澳洲 ABC News 的消息來源，南韓法院正式在昨天對李健熙提出詐欺以及非法避稅等告訴，但在考量三星集團的正常運作之後，決定暫不對他提出收押的動作。看來整件事情或許不會再拖太久了吧！
