嗯...簡單來說資料是以magnetic pattern 形式(這應該和硬碟差不多)儲存在那U-tube 形的nano wire而下面有兩條track, 左邊一條是用來寫入, 另一條是用來讀取獨特之處是那條nano wire 中的magnetic pattern 是可從一端推到另一端. 當magnetic pattern 經過那兩條track 便可以分別寫入或是讀取
噢....還有, 來源說「so named because the data "races" around the wire "track,"」應該是「因資料在那條線軌上跑來跑去而命名」並不是「因其像是賽車跑道一樣的形狀而得名」吧。。。？小弟也不是翻譯得很好，不過這樣的錯還是得指出來^^;其實當中magnetic pattern 在nano wire 走來走去的物理理論我也不知道, 不過上面的解釋希望給完全沒底的人知道一下. (知道的也就別扁我說廢話好了
