Toshiba是賣晶片給板卡廠或系統整合廠，來運用他們的晶片在產品上(ex:播放器)，不是賣給end user，賣產品給end user才要出driver，AMD和NV會出driver是因為他們不只賣晶片，應該是賣total solution(就是都包了的意思，幫助自己快速提高佔有率)
