Yahoo高層主管應該非常擔心，因為微軟出的價格高出市場預期許多，擺明了就是不跟經營團隊談，而是在探詢主要股東的意見。這樣高的出價，Yahoo的主要投資應者應該會動心才是，楊致遠的持股數在5%左右，無法掌控併購談判。而且買方出這種價格，擺明了就是要經營團隊走人，商場真是如戰場。
