微軟可能需要更開放，不論是從使用者的或是相關產業的期望角度來看。不過很好奇有嚴重到「豪洨」或是有沒有臉講的出口的程度嗎？樓上對 「開放」有點意見的朋友，不知道微軟是哪裡不開放了？或是和其主要的競爭對手 (ex, Nokia, Google, Apple, ...) 相比，哪裡應該再多開放一點？你們遇到什麼問題在 Symbian, Mac OS 上作得到的，但是在 Windows XP, Vista, Window Mobile 裡作不到的嗎？
