宏碁牽走了美國最大的一隻奶牛（Gateway的標誌來源於奶牛花紋），Acer官方已經正式對外發表的消息，該公司已經同美國第四大PC廠商 Gateway達成最終協定，將以約7.1億美元的價格收購Gateway。交易完成之後，Acer的年度營收將超過150億美元，PC銷量超過 2,000萬台。Acer將再次超過聯想，成為全球第三大PC製造商。

根據雙方達成的協定，宏碁將以每股1.90美元現金收購 Gateway全部股份，總計需要支出約7.1億美元。這一交易已經獲得了宏碁和Gateway董事會批准，還需滿足標準成交條件，包括美國《Hart Scott Rodino反壟斷修正案》、《Exon Florio國家安全修正案》、以及美國之外的類似法律。這一交易預計將於2007年12月完成。

這個結局看過去挺好的，我們期待此次併購能夠給消費者帶來更多利益，至少給我們帶來更大的價格優惠！
