果然是要過年了，最近的水果新聞還真是充滿了喜氣呀！（按：是巧合，大家就不用提醒小編人家不過農曆年這回事啦！）

被咬一口的蘋果（Apple Inc.）和青蘋果（Apple Corps Ltd.，也就是當年 Beatles 所成立的公司），在商標官司在纏訟多年後，終於有了個可以放鞭炮的結局，雙方同意以一紙新協議，來取代在 1991 年那張蘋果（Apple Inc.）不能用 Apple 這名字進入音樂事業（嚴格來說是不能製作音樂，但青蘋果因為 iTunes Store 的出現，涉及音樂方面的販賣，因此對被咬一口蘋果提告，也是近年來這一連串紛爭的開端）的協議。

內容大致上是這樣的，蘋果（Apple Inc.）將擁有所有跟 Apple 有關的商標命名權，並將 Apple 這個商標，在某些領域（像是製作唱片、音樂方面）授權給蘋果（Apple Corps Ltd.）使用，同時各自消化所付出的官司費用。

同時，兩方面也同時發表了相當正面的言論，賈伯斯說：｢我們愛死了 Beatles，過去為了商標這回事，跟他們（Apple Corps Ltd.）搞的亂不舒服的，實在是很X；如今終於以一個相當正面的態度，解決了這鳥事，並且除去了將來合作上的阻礙，確實讓人感到相當的爽。｣

另外 Neil Aspinall 這位蘋果（Apple Corps Ltd.）總管，也相當開心的表示：｢很高興終於能夠把這項紛爭拋在腦後，相信接下來的幾年當中，兩方都會有很好的合作結果。｣
