我想這也不過是個 "以戰逼和" 的策略，以訴訟來要求 Apple簽下由 Cisco 準備好的授權和約．純就官司來論，反正 iPhone 也沒上市，不想簽思科的合約的話，自然會有 Apple 的法務人員來研究官司會勝訴還是敗訴．有把握的話就硬上，沒把握的話大不了改名叫 Apple Phone，也不會有什麼損失．Cisco/Linksys 真的擁有 iPhone 這個名字嗎? 我很懷疑．畢竟早在 1995 年就有名叫 iPhone 的商品了 (VocalTek推出的，類似 Skype 的軟體)
