覺得不應該把名稱註冊限制的過於緊湊，畢竟一定有會重複的想法或名稱。或許法律上可以設定寬鬆一點，名字相同應該沒關係吧，產品又不一樣，類似龍潭花生糖可以很多家有都，至於好的產品自然大家會指定買MAC（只是舉例），所以大家別太計較了。
