回應 Wiimote 挨告事件，Nintendo：無法律依據

對於 Wii 玩家對於 "過去" Wiimote 腕帶不耐用，有違反商品保證之疑慮，並且提出集體訴訟案的事件，Nintendo 做出了嚴正的駁斥：「我們認為，這項指控毫無法律依據（without merit）」、「我們已經對於使用者的使用，做出了適當建議，也提供了更堅韌的腕帶來替換」

但控方的訴訟詞裡頭，可就把事情看得更嚴重些：「Wiimote 是整個主機的核心，由於腕帶的受損，讓玩家無法順利獲得遊戲主機所保證的樂趣，這將使售價在 250 美元的 Wii，變得全然無用。」

總覺得，米國人真的很可愛，雖然這最後好像演變成口舌之爭，但是消費者權益，確實是相當受重視。可是，事情真的這麼嚴重嗎？畢竟大家只要小心點，一切還是可以避免的。

我覺得這個照片很噁心，然後又用第二次，真的是快瘋了
可以把這照片撤掉嗎，或是請編輯群邊吃飯邊看這張照片

應該是快樂大於痛苦吧！

所以 Wii 即使再危險應該還是會繼續玩吧！
