是創作還是抄襲很難說，有時候是平行創意，創作者沒有看過同樣的創作。但是，一模一樣的概念三年前就已經在德國看過了，(剛好是我同學的作品。)有時候設計很難找出全新的創作，要確定自己的創意別人還沒有，那就得博覽才行。否則，又時候自己認為是創作，別人剛好看過類似的作品，認為是抄襲，但創作者可能並沒有抄襲，吃虧在看的東西太少了。
